Rydal Penrhos is kindly requesting donations to help make our whole-school Christmas Fair on Wednesday 13 December the glittering festive occasion it promises to be.
As the holiday season approaches, Rydal Penrhos is delighted to welcome its pupils, parents, teachers, staff, and friends to a whole-school Christmas Fair taking place in the Osborn Hall on Wednesday 13 December 2023.
We extend a warm invitation to parents to join us from 15:30, with the event concluding at 17:30. The Fair will provide an opportunity for families to embrace the festive ambiance while exploring an array of unique Christmas present ideas from local crafters and businesses.
The fair promises to be a magical experience for pupils and parents alike, with a carefully curated selection of activities and stalls. To make this event truly special, we are reaching out to our local community for support. Your generosity can enhance the fair’s charm and ensure lasting memories for everyone involved.
How Can You Contribute?
We are calling upon the local community, individuals, and businesses to support the Christmas Fair through donations and active participation.
Items Needed for Donations:
Decorations and Lighting: Transform Santa’s Grotto with the magic of your unused Christmas decorations and lights. Your contributions will help create an enchanting space for the children.
Elf Costumes: Help our Sixth Form pupils embrace the festive spirit as they assist Santa in his Grotto. Donations of elf costumes will add an extra touch of holiday cheer to their roles.
Tombola Treasures: We have three exciting tombolas—bottles, food, and non-food. Donate bottles of any kind for the Bottle Tombola, while our Non-Food Tombola welcomes toys, bric-a-brac, gift sets, and festive Christmas treasures. For the Food Tombola, bring boxes of delectable chocolates, scrumptious cakes, and jars of condiments (please remember our no-nut policy).
