A creative year group at Rydal Penrhos produced some colourful and vibrant work as part of an online learning project.
Suzy Morris, art teacher at Rydal Penrhos, challenged the Year 8 group to come up with their own paintings inspired by a Brazilian abstract artist whose work fills us with hope and colour in our lives.
This was another valuable exercise that brought some fantastic results, and Mrs Morris was “absolutely thrilled” with the way the school’s budding young artists took on the theme and put their own magical touch on their creations.
Mrs Morris has done an incredible job of inspiring creativity in senior and Prep School pupils during the coronavirus lockdown, something that has boosted their skills considerably in the process.
