Rydal Penrhos pupil Svaksh Singham took another big leap toward his black belt dream with another exceptional result from his recent Karate assessment.
Many of our pupils at Rydal Penrhos are busy gaining new skills and gaining a wide range of different experiences during activities and group involvement away from school. This is something our staff actively encourages and can further enhance their efforts in and out of the classroom.
One of the more popular activities is Martial Arts. A large number of pupils take up Karate from a very early age, with many going on to attain a prestigious Black Belt thanks to their extraordinary dedication.
Another pupil looking to follow in these footsteps is Svaksh Singham, who has been progressing extremely well through the various levels and is celebrating another significant milestone following another recent grading triumph.
Svaksh trains at the John Lynn’s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Colwyn Bay under the guidance of specialist coaches, with sessions designed to improve cognitive skills, improve confidence and discipline as well as communicate more efficiently and take on instructions for good measure.
The latest big test for Svaksh was his recent Brown Belt with Black Stripe grading under the watchful eye of adjudicators. Something that brought out the best in the Prep pupil once again with a flawless showing to pass the assessment with flying colours.
This is the latest in a series of exceptional results from Svaksh, who has already begun working on attaining further distinctions in the Martial Arts world in the not-too-distant future.
Everyone at Rydal Penrhos would like to congratulate Svaksh on another impressive grading performance. We look forward to hearing about further success in the future.
