Rydal Penrhos Pre-School children and their parents came together to celebrate reading at the Prep School’s annual autumn Book Fair.
Pre-School bookworms at Rydal Penrhos got the chance to involve parents in a special annual occasion centred around the importance of reading.
The annual autumn Book Fair is once again taking place at the Prep School’s Lyndon Library. There is a wide range of children’s books available to purchase ranging from Pre-School level up to Year 6 standard and beyond.
This is the latest in a long of initiatives put on by Rydal Penrhos’ exceptional staff, with Pre-School parents also invited to get involved by joining their children to choose a book from the fair.
We are proud to involve our parent body significantly in their child’s learning. This not only keeps them well informed but also improves confidence and interaction for good measure.
Our Book Fair is a great way for children to boost their own personal collections, while also progressing their reading in a relaxed setting. This is something we actively encourage at every opportunity here at Rydal Penrhos, and continues to progress the academic accomplishments and development of each pupil considerably.
It is also a superb way for them to explore their curiosity, and engage with friends, teachers and family members, which are all tools that are essential both during education and in later life. Thanks so much to our Pre-School parents that came along to support the event.
