Our Chefs

Our team of talented chefs and catering staff are on-site year-round and enjoy preparing delicious meals in our restaurant-quality kitchen. Led by award-winning Chef, Sue Leacy, her dishes impress not only our pupils but also business delegates, wedding parties and sports teams hiring out our facilities.

Use our dining hall for group meals when you are staying on campus or have our chef create menus tailored to your wedding or event.
