Rydal Penrhos School operates a Monday-Friday bus service bringing pupils to and from school.

Buses operate across North Wales; from RAF Valley and Caernarfon in the west, to Hawarden and Pentre Halkyn in the east.

The service uses school minibuses driven by trained drivers who are school employees where possible. All bus routes are managed by Rydal Penrhos.

Rydal Penrhos pupils can benefit from discounted Educational Season Tickets from Transport for Wales, available through the Transport for Wales app.

The discounts available are:

• 65% off for pupils aged under 16
• 50% off for pupils aged 16–18

Currently, pupils travelling to Colwyn Bay from Bangor, Holyhead, Chester and Flint can take advantage of the scheme.

Tickets are purchased through the Transport for Wales app. Pupils must register using their Rydal Penrhos School email address in order to access the educational discount.
