Hannah Davies (Year 11)
Hannah arrived at Rydal Penrhos on a Music scholarship as a Year 9 pupil in 2017, and she wasted no time in making her presence felt within the school’s incredible Performing Arts provision.
There have been many highlights from Hannah’s perspective, with her contribution to the RPS Showstoppers extravaganza coming in for significant praise.
Her incredible talent was on full display during last year’s Dramatic Society production of Les Miserables, with Hannah playing the role of Cossette superbly over two nights.
She has also wowed audiences at a wealth of prominent dates in the Rydal Penrhos calendar such as the Christmas Concert and community events.
Hannah has also showcased her exceptional vocal talents at Inter-House Singing and Music competitions to further highlight her reputation as one of the most gifted young voices at the school.
Her development academically is considerable across all areas, with her polite demeanour and willingness to help others coming across on a daily basis which is another standout feature of Hannah’s overall contribution to school life in a short space of time.
She is currently studying for her GCSEs and has also contributed significantly to the choir at St Asaph Cathedral in recent years.
