Rydal Penrhos Prep School raised more than £200 from their annual Christmas Party, which was another wonderful occasion from Pre-School to Year 6.

Rydal Penrhos Prep School turned into a hive of festive cheer during their annual Christmas Party celebrations. There was plenty to enjoy for pupils and staff alike thanks to a fun-filled schedule that was part of a busy series of events before the eagerly-anticipated end-of-term break.

All age groups came in either their own clothes or made a special effort in fancy dress with a ‘K’ theme for the occasion, with staff also getting in the spirit with some fantastic costumes.

There was everything from Kittens, Kings, Knights, Koalas, Kangaroos and many more clever ideas on show, with each pupil looking resplendent in their respective outfits on a memorable day for them all.

Rydal Penrhos’ catering team put on a lavish Christmas dinner earlier in the week, which was thoroughly enjoyed within a vibrant Dining Hall atmosphere.

This was not only great fun for pupils and staff, but it also raised £223.20 for Save the Children, who do so much wonderful work during what can be a difficult time for families across the country and beyond.

It has been a wonderful first term of the academic year and our Christmas Party Day is a great way to reward our pupils and dedicated staff for all their exceptional contributions. Something that always causes great excitement no matter the year group.
