Year 6 pupils at Rydal Penrhos were rewarded for their exceptional efforts throughout a difficult few months at a special event.
The Rydal Penrhos Prep School contingent each collected prizes acknowledging their outstanding contribution across the wide range of opportunities available at their virtual Speech Day, which took place on Friday, July 17.
Prep School head Lucy Davies was on hand to dish out the prizes in a socially distanced manner in her role as master of ceremonies, and Year 6 form tutor Jamie McLeod had the honour of calling out the lucky recipients.
Prizes ranged from sport to academic achievements, and four special head’s awards were presented to Lucy Ranales-Griffiths, Lily Copeland, Clarence Chasteau and Dominic Chamberlain.
This was all part of their special send-off that was streamed live via Zoom for parents, family members and staff to watch.
