Rydal Penrhos Prep School pupils closed out the academic year in style at their virtual Speech Day event.

The showcase was put together by Rydal Penrhos staff on Friday, July 17 to give them the send-off they deserved after contributing significantly across all areas of school life.

This was held in a socially distanced setting with minimal staff and the entire Year 6 group, who will now embark on the next stage of their education at senior school following the summer break.

There were a host of surprises for them to enjoy at the event, including looking back at some old pictures from them as younger members of the Prep School community.

They also took to the stage one final time for a farewell song that was pre-recorded and added to the video presentation that parents and staff members were able to watch live via Zoom.
