Rydal Penrhos celebrates swimming success at the Independent School Association North Area Qualifying Gala.
At Rydal Penrhos School, we take immense pride in our commitment to providing a well-rounded education for our pupils. Beyond academics, we place a strong emphasis on sports and physical activities, and one aspect of our exceptional provision is swimming.
With our own Swimming Pool, which has been extensively refurbished in recent years, and a curriculum that incorporates swimming from a very young age, our pupils are able to develop their aquatic skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Recently, Rydal Penrhos had the privilege of participating in the Independent School Association North Area Swimming Gala; the first major swimming gala the school has participated in since the pandemic.
The gala brought together an array of talented swimmers from various regional schools, many of whom were seasoned competitors representing their counties. Our pupils showcased their dedication and hard work, and while not all qualified for the national finals in London, we are nonetheless immensely proud.
We look forward to seeing our pupils build on this achievement in the future as the school participates in further events.
Keep making waves, pupils!
